Use case

Answer support questions in Discord and GitHub

Receive Discord conversations and GitHub Issues or Discussions in one ticket queue. Draft replies from the documentation and knowledge your team maintains.

Share the same sources

Connect your documentation and repository knowledge so both channels draw from the same material.

Reply where the question started

Send the answer to the original Discord conversation or GitHub thread.

Review uncertain answers

Check and edit drafts that do not qualify for automatic replies.

Reuse reviewed resolutions

Promote useful ticket answers into the knowledge base for future questions.
